Prevents unscheduled visits

You might only be near the device every 2 years: in this scenario it’s generally better to lose a few updates than allow a device to struggle in temporarily poor signal conditions. The variable power budget allows you to set a threshold after which updates should be abandoned.

Power Limit per update

By using power budgeting, you can ensure that devices do not take too much power when network conditions are poor.

The budget feature acts as a failsafe and allows us to guarantee a certain battery life when it is turned on.

Please note some data loss may occur when enabled. It is disabled by default.
