We’ve seen many companies try and fail to design their own devices. Conceptually, trackers are a very simple device, however the reality is often much more challenging. For deployments less than 1m units, using our platform as a springboard is usually far cheaper and quicker than trying to independently reinvent the wheel. This also extends to larger deployments in organisations without mature in house consumer electronics capabilities.
